  • Free Meals During Closures

    Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, Granite Falls School District will implement free to-go meals for all children.

    Free to-go meals will be available for any child through the age of 18 or is a student of the Granite Falls School District. Meals can be picked up a the Granite Falls Middle School Multi-Purpose Room located at 405 North Alder Avenue in Granite Falls or at one of the bus stop locations listed below. Meals will include breakfast and lunch and will be available from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday through Friday throughout the closure. This includes the week of spring break.

    Guidelines surrounding meals

    1. A child does not need to be present to receive a meal
    2. Children must be between the ages of 1-18 or be a student
    3. No adult meals will be available for purchase
    4. Children do not need to be a student of the district
    5. Meals are to-go and will not be eaten on-site

    Students who live closer to another district can get meals from those districts. You do not need to be a student of that district. Check the website of your local district for exact locations that are serving meals.

    Bus Route 4- Menzel Lake, Lake Roesiger, Frank Monson Dr.

    Bus Route 5- Robe Menzel, Skinner, Bosworth

    Bus Route 6- Crooked Mile, Suncrest Farms, Crystal Ridge
