• DIAGNOSTIC TESTING FOR STAFF & STUDENTS

    Granite Falls School District is offering COVID-19 diagnostic testing for staff and students only. During school hours, if a staff member or student is experiencing symptoms or has been exposed to COVID-19, they may utilize the no-charge diagnostic COVID-19 testing option at one of the following school sites. 

    DIAGNOSTIC TESTING PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

    Note: students that participated in athlete testing are already registered and can skip the following steps.

    Step One: Complete consent form for student

    Everyone under the age of 18 requires a completed consent form from their parent/guardian.

    Step Two: Register to receive test results
