Effective January 1, 2020, all K-12 school districts, educational service districts, and charter schools will be required to participate in the SEBB program. The SEBB Program will obtain health care and other benefits for eligible school employees statewide, and the benefits structure may change at that time.     Employees who experience a qualifying event (birth, adoption, marriage, change in work hours, loss of coverage, death, divorce, etc.) will be allowed to make changes to their benefit options within a specific time period dependent on the qualifying event.

  • The SEBB Program's Annual Open Enrollment (OE) is from 12:00 a.m. on October 31 through 11:59 p.m. on November 21, 2022.

    Changes made during Annual Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2023.
