Granite Falls Middle School uses on-line registration for athletic participation that is found on Skyward Family Access. Once you have logged into the system, there is a tab called "Online Forms". Forms must be done each year and only need to be done one time per year. You must log in through the parent login (Family 1 only) as this will not work using the students log in information.

Note: The mobile version of Skyward Family Access will not show the forms. If you have questions please contact the ASB secretary at GFMS.

All Granite Falls Middle School parents are encouraged to contact their child's principal for scholarships if needed to help with participation fees.
