Granite Falls School District is dedicated to our students' learning and serves just over 2,000 students from birth to age 21. Our program includes traditional K-12 classrooms, as well as programs for special needs students from birth to age 21. As students learn in different ways, our district provides several alternatives for student education.

Periodically, our 4th and 8th grade students participate in the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) which is a program of the U.S. Department of Education and commonly referred to as The Nation's Report Card. NAEP is the only test in the United States that allows comparisons of the performance of students in Washington with performance of students nationally. Assessments are conducted in mathematics, reading, science, writing, the arts, civics, economics, geography, and U.S. history.
