This is Mr. Thor's second year teaching at Crossroads, but comes to us with experience in both the Granite Falls and Lake Stevens School Districts.  He teaches English to our Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Super Seniors.  He has his BA in Social Sciences with emphasis in Psychology and Sociology from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and his MA in Secondary Education from Western Governors University.  

Mr. Thor is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served for 12 years on both Active Duty and in the Army Reserve.  He brings unique experience into the school and classroom having been in law enforcement and recently served as a mental health counselor for Volunteers of America.  

Mr. Thor enjoys spending time with his family, playing music (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass), and recently bought his first motorcycle.
