Hello and thank you for stopping in,

I'm Michael Wood, a teacher at Granite Falls High School.  I'll be entering my 5th full year of teaching, and I am excited to continue my roles as a social studies teacher as well as one of two Freshman Success teachers.  In addition to my teaching duties, you can find me at various high school sporting events, taking photos that I share with the players, their families, and anyone else who might want to view our students in action.  I am supported by my amazingly wonderful wife, Jody, without whom I couldn't do what I love to do. Other interests of mine include taking college courses (might need an intervention soon), starting up a part-time photography business centered around sports and only sports, as well as traveling and spending time with our three amazing grandsons.
