Hello! My name is Marco Diaz, I am a Paraprofessional at Crossroads High School/Open Doors Academy. I recently graduated from Crossroads High School in 2019 and I am now a father to two amazing children. In January of 2021 I was given the opportunity to start my career as a Student Engagement Champion where I helped students of all ages with academic and resource assistance. I have loved every minute, getting to know the students and creating a bond and relationship like no other. It has been an amazing experience that I could not be more thankful for and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.
