Welcome to Monte Cristo Elementary, home of the 2012 National Veterans of Foreign Wars Elementary Teacher of the Year, the 2011 National Teacher Hall of Fame Inductee and the 2007 National Teacher of the Year. Monte Cristo Elementary serves students in grades 3-5 and our preschool programs. The school has approximately 80 teachers and support staff that provide children a safe and caring place where all students feel challenged and supported.

The school has close to 500 students with a full academic program in addition to music, library/digital media, physical education, robotics, health, special education, and counseling services. At Monte Cristo Elementary, we are Miner Pride Strong!
