School-Based Health Center

Granite Falls School District is partnering with Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) to open a school-based health center in Granite Falls High School in late 2026. This clinic will provide all district students with a private, convenient, and safe place to receive medical, dental, and mental health care. All school-based services are provided to students at no cost to the family and follow the same healthcare privacy rules as standard healthcare facilities.
Tentative opening Fall 2027.
