Carnegie Resource Center

  • Located in Everett, this organization connects Snohomish county residents with services such as housing navigation, mental health and substance use treatment, legal assistance, employment and job training, health insurance enrollment and more.
 

Community Health Center of Snohomish County

  • Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) provides affordable health services including medical, dental, behavioral, substance abuse treatment, and pharmacy services. They welcome patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHP), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurance and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible, we offer a sliding discount based on household income and family size. 

Department of Child and Family Services at DSHS

  • Information on adoptions, foster parenting, domestic violence and more. 

Granite Falls Community Coalition

  • Food bank information as well as Meals 'Til Monday and Diaper Bank

Hopelink

  • Hopelink helps families secure stable housing through their own transitional and long term housing programs in King County, along with rent assistance and eviction prevention. Beyond housing they connect families with wrap-around services including food assistance, transportation, financial coaching and education resources through case management style support for families.

Salvation Army

  • Food bank, addiction, housing, and other emergency services

Seamar Medical and Dental

  • Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Marysville offer a sliding-fee scale, specifically welcoming low income and immigrant families without regard to citizenship status. They also have certified navigators on site who help patients enroll in health insurance (like Apple Health or plans through Washington Healthplanfinder) and explain eligibility benefits and costs.
