To maintain their certification, educators are required by law to complete continuing education credits throughout their career. These credits are offered through “clock hours,” which are units of credit assigned to educators at a professional development or training event. Clock hour rules are available in Chapter 181-85 WAC.

September 15, 2025, is the deadline to submit completed clock hours to HR via the following link (https://www.gfalls.wednet.edu/Page/1763) or complete the evaluation and submit for any courses in pdEnroller. You must complete the evaluation portion of your course for it to show up on your pdEnroller transcript and on the reports I use for credit upload.

Please Note: Submitting clock hours for salary advancement has changed; read below carefully.

pdENROLLER: For courses taken by registering through pdEnroller, (GFSD PD, ESD offered courses, and OSPI), do not upload this information via the Clock Hour Submission link. These courses will appear on your pdEnroller Transcript, and I can download a copy of your transcript, which includes a report that provides all district employees' professional development clock hours on their pdEnroller Transcript.

All Other Clock Hours: For professional development, conferences, and clock hours earned without registration via pdEnroller:

1. Enter clock hour information for clock hours earned by taking courses offered by Washington Education Association, conferences, CEUs for renewal of state license (for example: SLP, School Nurse, School Psych and Counselor), CTE conferences, WALA Conference, etc.
2. Do not upload a copy of the clock hour transcript; please send a copy to Jennifer Harmon via interoffice mail.

For College/University credits: Please have an official copy mailed to GFSD – Jennifer Harmon 205 N Alder Avenue, Granite Falls, WA 98252 or a digital download sent to Human Resources (jharmon@gfalls.wednet.edu).
