General InformationIn order to participate in athletics or an activity, middle and high school level students must have a current physical (physicals are good for 24 months; all incoming freshman must have a new physical), emergency card information, parent consent form, and all other paperwork filed in the athletic office prior to the first practice. During the summer months, information is available at the administration office located at 205 N. Alder Ave, Granite Falls. Students must also purchase an ASB card and pay a participation fee (pdf). Both the ASB card and participation fee must paid prior to the first practice. All outstanding fees or fines must be paid prior to the first practice as well. Note: All incoming freshmen must have a new physical unless the doctor states in writing that they are able to participate at the high school level - see full physical information in the activities handbook (pdf).
